During her years of youth work at her church in Memphis, TN, Wendy learned much of how powerful the family unit can be, significantly impacting each member, even each generation. In 2000, she received her degree, a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS, which allowed her to further explore the dynamics of both family interaction and personal awareness. She enjoys deciphering the unspoken languages that develop within the famly, which in turn helps individual members of the family become resources for each other. Wendy also works with individuals to look into relational patterns; to look for ways to cultivate deep and supportive relationships. Parents often come in for consultation appointments as well, finding the time helpful to both repair and prevent common family issues.
